Shireen is a dedicated and highly qualified Behavior Analyst, holding dual certifications as a Board. Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified International Behavior Analyst (IBA).

Her passion lies in creating positive impacts on individuals’ lives through evidence-based behavioural interventions. With a robust background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Shireen earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida, USA, and a postgraduate certificate in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology, USA.

Her expertise is evident in assessing, designing, and implementing effective behaviour intervention plans, garnered through extensive experience across diverse settings, including educational institutions and clinical environments.

Shireen’s professional journey began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) before progressing to become a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), eventually achieving certification as a BCBA and IBA. Her work encompasses diverse age groups and a wide range of cases, including Autism, ADHD/ADD, learning disabilities, speech impairments, and challenging behaviours.

In addition to her direct interventions, Shireen actively empowers families by conducting parent training sessions. These sessions aim to equip parents with the knowledge and skills to address challenging behaviours at home, fostering a collaborative approach between home and therapeutic settings. Her commitment to empowering individuals and their support systems underscores her holistic approach to improving lives.

Emphasizing the importance of collaboration and communication, Shireen engages with individuals and their families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Her approach is rooted in data-driven decision-making, ensuring interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
