Rasha is a Bilingual ABA therapist at Camali Clinic and is a Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT). She received her Masters degree in Autism Studies from the University of Kent (Canterbury,
UK) and her BSc in Biomedical Sciences – Genetics (Honors) from King’s College (London, UK). Rasha’s previous work experience involved supporting children with special needs, especially children with Autism and other Developmental disorders. She has experience in monitoring and implementing ABA programs one to one, and within a group, in a clinical, school-based, as well as home-based settings. Rasha was also involved in all aspects of running an Early Intervention Day program, that aimed to increase adaptive functioning and daily living skills and reduce challenging behaviour in order to transition to mainstream schooling. She was also responsible for training of junior ABA therapists in implementing ABA procedures, following behaviour plans, and Data collection.
Rasha is passionate about promoting Autism-Friendly Environments and inclusion. Coming from Saudi Arabia, she is especially interested in improving the quality of life of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, within the cultural context of the Middle-East.
